Another fantastic discovery on Instagram! Only 5 ingredients needed. We are really getting into experimenting with recipes we come across on the platform. This particular recipe is from @stephgigliotti (click the image for the link to her Instagram recipe).

Tweaks for our taste:

  • We love garlic! Her heaping tablespoon was not a enough. I may have "heaped" a lot.

  • Touch of salt after cooking to bring out more of the flavor
